Rotunda Capital Partners (RCP) structures private equity investment partnerships, targeting family/founder-owned businesses in the North American lower-middle market, specifically within the industrials sector. RCP focuses on value-added distribution, logistics, and industrial/business/residential services. RCP seeks majority equity positions of $40 million to $100 million per investment, structuring transactions with a focus on downside protection and equity growth. RCP does not provide investment advice directly to limited partners.
Rotunda Capital Partners manages investment funds and charges a quarterly advisory fee, called a Management Fee, as described in the fund's offering documents. The Management Fee is initially based on capital commitments from investors. After a specified date, the Management Fee is calculated as a percentage of investment contributions and bridge financing contributions that haven't been disposed of or written down. The amount of Management Fees generally will not correspond with fluctuations in the net asset value of individual investments or of a Fund. The Adviser generally will not subject the General Partner to Management Fees. The Adviser and the Funds’ General Partners retain the right to reduce or waive the Management Fees due from a limited partner investor at its or their discretion.
