RevolverCap Management provides investment advisory services to three private investment partnerships, known as the Funds. These Funds invest in revolving credit facilities acquired in the secondary market. RevolverCap may also establish separate parallel investment vehicles and co-investment vehicles. RevolverCap provides discretionary investment advisory services to the Funds in accordance with their respective investment objectives and strategies.
RevolverCap receives a management fee from the Funds based on the aggregate commitments of the investors and the weighted average of the Notional Amount committed to Revolvers, generally ranging from 0.2% to 1.5% per year. The General Partners may waive, reduce or modify the Management Fee for certain investors. The General Partners or their affiliates may also receive performance-based compensation between 15% and 20% carried interest from the Funds, calculated after investors receive a return of their total capital contributions and a preferred return.
