These funds are offered to qualified institutional and high-net-worth investors. MRP evaluates, selects, and monitors the funds' investments, focusing on underserved market segments. They primarily invest in equipment finance, loan portfolios, and corporate credit within North America. Allegiance Financial Group, an affiliated company, may source investment opportunities, giving MRP a right of first refusal.
Fee Structure
McGinty Road Partners does not directly manage investments for individual investors. They manage pooled investment funds, and the fees are outlined in each fund's offering documents. These fees include a management fee, ranging from 1% to 1.75% of committed, contributed, or invested capital or net asset value, and a carried interest (performance fee) ranging from 15% to 20% of profits. Fees for single-investor funds are negotiated separately.
