Jade Mountain Partners invests in foreign issues, private transactions collateralized by insurance receivables, securitizations collateralized by insurance receivables, hybrid capital transactions, fixed income, and litigation finance.
Fee Structure
Jade Mountain Partners charges an annual management fee of up to 2.00% of the client's assets. The exact fee is determined on a client-by-client basis. The management fee is generally calculated as a percentage of committed capital during the investment period and as a percentage of invested capital following the expiration of the investment period. Fees are collected monthly or quarterly, either in advance or in arrears, depending on the contract. In addition to the management fee, Jade Mountain Partners is compensated through a performance-based fee, generally not exceeding 20.00% of the capital appreciation above certain hurdle rates.
