CMT Asset Management (CMTAM) is an investment management firm that provides advisory services to privately offered pooled investment vehicles (Funds), high net worth individuals, and institutional investors through separately managed accounts. CMTAM generally has broad investment discretion. Investment management services are provided based on the particular investment objectives and strategies of each client.
Fee Structure
CMT Asset Management's (CMTAM) fee schedule is omitted because this brochure is only being delivered to "qualified purchasers." The fees and expenses that CMTAM charges to clients vary and are typically negotiated between CMTAM and the client. For clients that are funds, CMTAM will determine the management fee, carried interest, performance allocation or performance fee, and expenses payable by the fund and/or its investors. For clients that are not funds, the management fee, performance fee, and expenses payable to CMTAM are typically negotiated between CMTAM and the client.
