Zama Capital Advisors manages investments for private pooled investment funds. The firm invests in long and short positions in securities where it believes there is a catalyst to eliminate a disparity between market value and intrinsic value. Investments can include private and public securities, such as bank debt, corporate bonds, distressed debt, and equities. Zama Capital does not tailor its services to individual investor needs.
Fee Structure
Zama Capital Advisors manages investments for private funds and receives a management fee:
- Institutional Limited Partners: 1.75% annually of the capital account balance.
- Founders Limited Partners: 1.25% annually of the capital account balance.
There is no management fee for the UK Investment Series and SPAC Investment 1 Series. The firm may waive, reduce, or calculate the fee differently for certain investors. A performance allocation will also be received as an incentive allocation based on the net profits of the Funds. This Performance Allocation will be 15% per annum for the Founders Series, and 20% per annum for each of the Institutional Series, UK Investment Series and the SPAC Investment 1 Series.
