Criterion Africa Partners (CAP) manages investments for Africa Forestry Fund II Limited, a private fund investing in forestlands and forestry-related companies in Sub-Saharan Africa. CAP's investment strategy focuses on the rehabilitation of timber plantations, panel production and distribution, and biomass-to-steam opportunities. CAP does not tailor its advisory services to individual investors in the Fund, and an investment in the Fund does not create a client-adviser relationship between such investors and CAP.
Fee Structure
Criterion Africa Partners (CAP) manages investments for a private fund. CAP receives an advisory fee equal to 2.0% of commitments, charged quarterly in advance. CAP may reduce, waive, or calculate differently the advisory fee for certain investors.
