Zen Trading provides ongoing investment management services to clients, tailoring advice to their individual needs and financial situations. Zen Trading manages accounts based on your financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance. Zen Trading primarily advises on exchange traded funds, exchange-listed securities, foreign issues, and options contracts. Zen Trading requires a signed agreement before providing services.
Fee Structure
Zen Trading offers investment management services for a fee based on a percentage of your assets. The standard annual fee is 2.00%. In addition to the asset-based fee, Zen Trading also charges a performance-based fee tied to the capital appreciation within your account. There is a minimum account size of $200,000.
Zen Trading also offers two fee options that include both an asset-based fee and a performance fee for "qualified clients":
- 1% AUM Fee + 15% Performance Fee for annual returns over 0% + 20% Performance Fee for annual returns over 100%
- 2% AUM Fee + 15% Performance Fee for annual returns over 10% + 20% Performance Fee for annual returns over 100%
