Fee Structure
Flat Footed LLC manages investments for private funds and sub-advisory clients.
For private funds, the annual management fee ranges from 0.50% to 1.25%, paid quarterly. FF Disposal does not charge a management fee for the first two years, then charges 1% annually for years 3-5. Solar does not pay a management fee.
Sub-advisory clients may pay an annual management fee of up to 1.00%, which is negotiable.
These fees exclude custodial and transaction costs.
