Fish Creek Value Management offers investment management services with fees based on the amount of your portfolio.
- For discretionary accounts, the annual fee is 2% of the portfolio, paid quarterly.
- For non-discretionary accounts, the annual fee will not exceed 1.25% of the portfolio, paid quarterly.
- For qualified clients, a performance-based fee model is available, calculated annually at 20% with a high water mark, paid in arrears. No fees are owed unless the account increases in value.
