Bracket Ventures Management, LLC (Bracket Capital) advises private venture capital funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Bracket Capital invests in direct co-investment opportunities alongside other venture capital firms and, in the past, has invested in other venture capital funds, largely in disruptive technological industries. Bracket Capital does not tailor its advisory services to individual investors, instead providing investment advice to the Funds and SPVs in accordance with their governing documents.
