Fee Structure
AJ Capital Management provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles (funds). The funds pay AJ Capital a management fee equal to 2.0% annually of aggregate investor capital commitments. AJ Capital also receives a carried interest ranging from 20%-35% of all realized profits, subject to an annually compounded preferred return ranging from 8%-25%.
