Fee Structure
Cambrian Asset Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles, not individual investors. The firm receives a quarterly management fee based on a percentage of the investor's capital account. For Cambrian Systematic Strategies LP and Cambrian Systematic Strategies Ltd., the fee is 2.0% annually. For Cambrian Core Blockchain Fund LP, Class A interests are subject to a 2.0% annual fee, while Class B interests are subject to a 3.0% annual fee. Cambrian also receives a performance allocation (performance-based fee) from the funds.
