s20 Capital manages a family of funds that invest in equity positions in privately-held, U.S.-based companies. The firm uses its experience in private equity, financial analysis, and management analysis to determine which companies to invest in. s20 Capital does not offer separately managed accounts and focuses on serving as the manager for its existing funds.
s20 Capital manages investment funds and charges a management fee of 2% of the total capital contributed by investors. This fee covers portfolio management and administrative services until the fund is dissolved. The fee can be paid upfront or in quarterly installments. Investors also reimburse the Advisor for expenses related to the fund's operation. The Advisor also receives a portion of the fund's profits, called a Carried Interest.
