Fee Structure
Arrington Capital is compensated for its services to the Funds through a monthly management fee, calculated as a percentage of the account balance of each investor in a Fund. Arrington may reduce or waive this fee at its discretion. Arrington also receives a performance allocation, generally annually, of the net income allocated to each investor's account.
