EGA gathers information about clients' goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons to determine an appropriate investment strategy. Client assets are invested based on model portfolios. EGA does not maintain custody of client assets, which are held by a qualified custodian.
Fee Structure
Evolution Global Advisors provides investment management services for a fee based on a percentage of the value of your investments. The specific fee is negotiable and depends on factors like the amount of assets managed and the complexity of the engagement. Fees are assessed quarterly, based on the value of your investments at the end of the previous quarter. Fees may be reduced or waived entirely for family and friends, at EGA's discretion. If a Performance Fee is charged, the firm will typically reduce its fees based upon the assets under management to 0.40%.
