Fee Structure
Kreiner Financial Wealth Management does not directly manage investments. Instead, they refer clients to third-party managers (TPMs) who manage the investments. The fees for these managers vary depending on the portfolio type:
- Strategic Portfolios: 2.00% per year
- Tactical Portfolios: 1.80% per year
- Allocation & Defined Outcome Portfolios: 1.70% per year
- Private Wealth Portfolios: 1.50% per year
- Preservation Portfolios: 1.00% per year
These fees are negotiable and assessed quarterly. A $15 quarterly technology fee is also charged per account. Kreiner Financial Wealth Management receives a portion of these fees from the TPMs for the referral.
