PA Management provides investment advisory services exclusively to PetroAlpha Energy Principal Protected Return Fund I, LP. The fund aims to protect investments while seeking long-term growth through oil and gas commodity price appreciation. PA Management invests the fund's assets in a master-feeder fund structure, lending to oil and gas producers and making direct equity and royalty interest investments.
Fee Structure
PA Management charges an annual management fee of 2.0% of the assets managed for the Fund. This fee is negotiable. The fee is paid in advance, either for the first twelve months upon initial investment or at the beginning of each quarter for subsequent years. A performance-based fee is also charged to qualified clients, consisting of 2% of assets under management and 20% of capital appreciation.
