Poetic Group also offers investment advice to separately managed accounts and consulting services. Clients are managed according to their investment objectives outlined in their governing documents. Poetic Group invests in residential mortgage-backed securities and other assets related to residential and consumer finance.
Fee Structure
Poetic Group manages investments for private funds, sub-advised funds, and separately managed accounts. Fees are based on a percentage of funded capital contributions or the cost/fair value of investments, paid monthly or quarterly. Consulting clients pay a percentage of investment cost/value or a percentage of gross gains after returning the principal amount and exceeding a hurdle rate. Poetic Group may waive or reduce management fees at its discretion.
