FORA Capital manages investments for private pooled investment vehicles offered to accredited investors and qualified purchasers. FORA's investment decisions are based on each fund's investment objectives and guidelines. FORA does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor.
Fee Structure
FORA Capital manages investments for private pooled investment vehicles and charges a management fee of 2% per year of the opening balance of the investor's capital account. The fee is received monthly in advance. FORA may waive or modify the management fee for any investor. FORA is also entitled to a performance allocation equal to 20% of net new profits in each investor's capital account. FORA may waive or modify the performance allocation for any investor.
