Fee Structure
T Ventures manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (Funds) and receives compensation through Management Fees and Carried Interest. Management Fees are typically a fixed rate for a set period, then calculated based on the remaining net invested capital, payable quarterly in advance. These fees may be reduced by other compensation received by T Ventures or its affiliates related to the Fund's activities. Certain investors associated with T Ventures may not pay Management Fees. Upon termination of an advisory agreement, prepaid Management Fees are generally returned to Fund investors on a prorated basis.
