Artist Capital Management (ACM) is a registered investment advisor that manages investments for private investment funds. ACM is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and managing each fund's investment portfolio. Investments in the Funds are not suitable for investors who are not sophisticated investors, who have a need for liquidity in or consistently recurring income from their investment, or who are not able to bear the loss of their entire investment.
Fee Structure
Artist Capital Management manages investments for private funds and charges a management fee. This fee is calculated based on the fund's governing documents and is typically a percentage of capital commitments, capital contributions, or net asset value. The fee is generally payable quarterly as a fund expense.
