HCIM also has an incubation strategy, building businesses through its in-house team or identifying entrepreneurs with sector-specific expertise.
Fee Structure
HCIM is compensated through commitment-based management fees, ranging from 2.00% to 2.50% per year of the aggregate capital commitments of the investors. The management fee for certain funds will be reduced by 0.25% per year following the fifth anniversary of its initial contribution date until the management fee is equal to 1.50% per year. The firm also receives carried interest distributions equal to 20.00% of all realized profits.
