Fee Structure
Chadsel generally receives management and performance fees for its investment advisory services. Management fees are based on the net assets of each fund or managed account, calculated monthly or quarterly. Chadsel is also eligible for a performance fee based on a percentage of the net profits after exceeding a high water mark or after the investor has received 100% of their invested capital plus a hurdle return. The performance fee generally ranges from 10% to 30%.
