Fee Structure
CapRock Partners Management manages investments for private investment funds. The annual management fee is typically between 1.50% and 2.0% of an investor's total commitment until the investment period ends or CapRock begins charging a management fee from a subsequent fund. After that, the fee is between 1.50% and 2.0% of the investor's invested capital in investments that haven't been sold or written off.
