SVN Capital provides discretionary asset management services through separately managed accounts, using a single common investment strategy focused on value investing. SVN also manages a pooled investment vehicle, SVN Capital Fund LP, with an identical investment strategy. Client investment strategies are tailored based on their individual Investment Policy Statement.
Fee Structure
SVN Capital charges a quarterly management fee for separately managed accounts. For non-qualified clients, the fee is 0.375% per quarter (1.5% annually). For "qualified clients" who elect to pay a performance-based fee, the management fee is 0.25% per quarter (1.0% annually). SVN also charges an annual incentive fee of 10% of any increase in the account's net assets exceeding a 5% annualized rate of return.
