Summers Value Partners manages investments for pooled investment funds and receives an annual asset-based management fee. The fee varies depending on the class of investment fund interests held:
- Class A Interests: 1.0% per year
- Class B Interests: 1.25% per year
- Class C Interests: 1.5% per year
In addition to the management fee, investors holding Class A or Class B interests also pay an annual 20% incentive allocation based on the performance of their investment.
