Parian Global Management LP manages investments for private, pooled investment vehicles (funds). Parian Global provides discretionary investment management services to these funds, with investment decisions guided by each fund's specific objectives and guidelines. Parian Global may contract with separately managed accounts to adhere to limited risk and/or operating guidelines imposed by that client. Parian Global does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Parian Global charges an investment management fee, also called a Management Fee, based on the net asset value of the funds they manage. This fee ranges from 1.00% to 1.75% per year. The fee is charged at the beginning of each quarter, paid in advance, and is non-refundable. Parian Global may choose to waive, reduce, or rebate the Management Fee at any time.
