Fee Structure
Multicoin Capital Management does not directly manage investments for individual investors. It manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (Funds). The Funds pay Multicoin a management fee. The hedge fund charges 2% of the investor's capital account balance. Private equity and venture capital style funds charge up to 2.5% of committed capital.
