The Blue Owl CLO Managers do not tailor advice to individual investors.
Fee Structure
Blue Owl CLO Managers provide investment advisory services to Blue Owl Liquid Credit CLOs and Blue Owl Private Funds.
Fees for Blue Owl Liquid Credit CLOs are based on the value of the assets held and are payable quarterly. Fees for Blue Owl Private Funds are an annual management fee, payable quarterly in advance. Management fees can be negotiable.
Performance-based fees may also apply, as detailed in the relevant offering materials. Blue Owl Liquid Credit is permitted to waive, alter, or rebate the management fee applicable to all or any investors.
