Emcee Invest provides non-discretionary investment advice through its Bits of Stock platform. Clients earn cash-back rewards from qualifying purchases with partner financial institutions. These rewards are then used, at the client's direction, to purchase pre-selected publicly traded securities. Clients can also round up purchases to invest the difference. Emcee selects the securities available through the program, ensuring they are suitable for clients based on their risk profile. Clients direct all purchases and sales.
Fee Structure
Emcee Invest does not charge a fee for its investment advisory services. Clients are not responsible for the cost of advisory services, execution, clearance, custody, and account reporting. Emcee is compensated by financial institutions to facilitate purchases through the Bits of Stock program. These proceeds are used to purchase fractional shares of securities on behalf of clients, when directed by the clients.
