Fee Structure
Blue Ocean Investment Partners offers investment management through a wrap fee program and outside of it. Fees are negotiable and include both management and performance fees. There are five fee options with varying combinations of management and performance fees. Management fees can be up to 4% per year for non-qualified clients. Performance fees, for qualified clients, can range from 0% to 35% depending on the associated management fee. Performance fees are charged on gains above an agreed benchmark or absolute return hurdle, subject to a high-water mark.
