Fee Structure
Snapdragon Capital Partners manages investments for private investment funds. These funds are charged initial annual management fees of 1% or 2% of capital commitments, calculated and payable quarterly in advance. After an initial period, the management fee may be based on net invested capital or the net value of the fund’s assets, and in some cases the percentage is reduced. An affiliated company also receives a carried interest, generally up to 20% of realized profits after a preferred return to investors.
