Hondius Capital Management provides investment advice to private investment funds (Hondius Funds and Mortgage Fund) and separately managed accounts. For the Hondius Funds, the goal is superior, risk-adjusted returns through a global macro strategy. The Mortgage Fund purchases chattel mortgages. The investment objectives and strategies for managed accounts are tailored to each client's needs.
Fee Structure
Hondius Capital Management manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. The fees for the Hondius Funds include a fixed management fee and a performance allocation based on the fund's gains. The management fee is 1.50% for both the Founders Class and Class A shares. The performance allocation is 15.0% for Founders Class and 20.0% for Class A. The Mortgage Fund pays a monthly management fee equal to the greater of (i) 0.1667% (2.0% annually) of total unreturned capital contributions or (ii) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). The Managed Account relationships are subject to terms that are individually negotiated between Hondius and the Managed Accounts.
