TCG Capital Management manages private equity funds and other investment vehicles focused on sports, media, consumer passion, technology, and blockchain sectors. TCG invests fund assets according to investment advisory agreements and fund governing documents. TCG typically does not tailor its investment activities to the needs of individual investors in a fund, but may enter into side letters with investors granting specific rights.
Fee Structure
TCG Capital Management manages private equity funds. TCG receives an asset-based management fee from certain Funds that is generally equal to a fixed percentage of the applicable Fund’s total committed capital during the Fund’s commitment period. Co-Investment Vehicles and Alternative Investment Vehicles are currently not subject to any management fees or carried interest distributions. The Executive Investment Vehicles are not subject to any management fee or carried interest distributions.
