For separately managed accounts, Brizo can buy, sell, and trade securities without prior consultation with the client. Brizo may invest client assets in private investment funds managed by Brizo or its affiliates.
Fee Structure
Brizo Capital charges a management fee to the private investment fund based on the net asset value of each investor's capital account. The fee is calculated quarterly. The specific percentage varies depending on the series of interests owned and the fund's net assets. For separately managed accounts, Brizo charges up to 1.00% annually, calculated quarterly, based on the account's asset value, excluding assets invested in the fund.
