Fee Structure
Hunter Street Partners manages investment funds and charges a management fee based on the committed capital or invested capital of the fund's investors. During the investment period, the management fee is 1.75% per year of each investor's committed capital. After the investment period, the management fee is 1.75% per year of each investor's share of invested capital. The advisor may waive or reduce the management fee for certain investors.
