GKB advises clients on venture capital, private equity, private funds, public and private debt and equity, and options strategies. Clients retain the discretion to choose whether or not to invest in any opportunity presented. GKB does not prospect or maintain client relationships with "retail" clients.
Fee Structure
GKB Partners provides investment management services where fees are fully negotiable with each client. Fees may include a percentage of the value of assets under management, a fixed fee, a co-investment share of a client’s investment, performance fees based upon an agreed percentage of the capital appreciation of a client’s portfolio, and/or an annual success fee based on criteria agreed with the relevant client.
