Fee Structure
Antara Capital manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts.
For the Antara Fund, the management fee is a percentage of the net asset value, ranging from 1.25% to 1.75% per year, depending on the series. For a specific series (Series I), the fee is 1.0% for the first year (2024) and 0.5% thereafter.
For the SPAC Fund, there are no asset-based amounts or incentive allocations applied to Series L investors.
For Managed Accounts, the management fee is 0.50% per year of the Investable Capital.
Incentive fees are also charged on profits above a certain hurdle rate.
