Triaxiom Capital, LLC is an investment firm focused on systematically driven spread-based and long/short strategies. Triaxiom provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to a U.S. limited partnership and a separately managed entity. Triaxiom tailors its advisory services by constructing portfolios that seek to meet the investment objectives, guidelines and other terms of each particular client.
Fee Structure
Triaxiom Capital manages investments for a fund and a separate account.
The fund pays an asset-based management fee of 1.75% per year, calculated monthly in advance. Initial investors (founders) pay 1.5% per year. Triaxiom also receives an incentive allocation of 20% of net profits, or 17.5% for initial investors.
The separate account pays an asset-based management fee in the same range as the fund, and the fees are individually negotiated. The separate account also pays performance compensation based on net profits.
