AIM does not tailor its advisory service to the individual needs of investors in the Funds and investors in the Funds may not impose restrictions on investing in any particular security or type of security, however, AIM will tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of clients in separately managed accounts, who may impose restrictions on investments in certain securities or types of securities.
