Fee Structure
Aspire Capital charges a percentage of the value of your portfolio, up to 1.00% per year, paid quarterly. The fee is calculated based on the value of your investments at the end of the previous quarter. Fees may be negotiable. Aspire Capital may recommend unaffiliated investment managers, and the total fee, including Aspire Capital's fee and the independent manager's fee, will not exceed 1.00% annually.
