NorthWall Capital provides investment advisory services, primarily investing in European private capital and credit markets. They manage investments on a discretionary basis for funds and separately managed accounts, tailoring strategies to client needs. NorthWall focuses on sourcing and structuring a diversified portfolio of investments, including private credit transactions and secondary market positions. They do not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
NorthWall Capital charges a management fee based on committed and/or invested capital, ranging from 0% to 2.5%. The fee is agreed upon in the investment management agreement. The firm may also receive performance-related compensation. The management fee may be waived, reduced, or calculated differently for certain investors at NorthWall's discretion.
