Fee Structure
BH3 Fund Advisors manages investments for private investment funds.
For the BH3 Debt Funds, the management fee is generally between 0.5% and 1.5% per year of investor contributions. A lesser fee of roughly 0.45% may be charged for any unfunded investor commitments.
For the BH3 Signage Funds, the management fee generally ranges between 6.0% of the combined gross annual revenue of the underlying assets to 2.0% per annum of an investor's committed capital.
The affiliated General Partner of each Fund may also receive a performance-based fee.
