Fee Structure
Intelligent Fanatics Capital Management charges a management fee based on a percentage of your assets under management.
For separately managed accounts, the fee is 2.5% per year, charged monthly.
For the Fund, the management fee is 1.0% per year for Class A Interests and 2.5% per year for Class B Interests. Class A Interests also have a performance-based fee of 20% of net capital appreciation, subject to a high water mark.
