Fee Structure
PGM Inc. does not charge a transition management fee. Instead, they negotiate commissions in cents per share for US and Canada securities, and in basis points for International securities, FX, and Fixed Income. Only in the case of Temporary Beta Investment Management, fees may be charged as a percentage of assets, and these fees are negotiable.
