TenCore Partners manages investments for private, pooled investment funds. TenCore aims to achieve long-term returns by investing in publicly-listed equity securities across the globe. TenCore's investment decisions are subject to each fund’s investment objectives and guidelines, as described in the fund's governing documents. TenCore does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor in its funds.
Fee Structure
TenCore Partners manages investments for private investment funds and receives compensation through an asset-based management fee and an incentive allocation (portion of the profits).
For the TenCore Master-Feeder Fund, each share class has its own tiered fee structure ranging from 0.25% to 1.00% annually, based on the value of the portfolio. For TenCore II, the management fee is 1.00% annually.
