Fee Structure
Jafar Management manages a private investment fund. The firm receives a management fee equal to the lesser of actual expenses incurred and 1/12th of 2.0% per month (approximately 2.0% annually) of each share of the Partnership’s Net Asset Value owned by a Limited Partner. The General Partner may also receive a Performance Allocation from a Limited Partner that is a “qualified client”.
