Fee Structure
Cortland Investment Management manages real estate investment funds. Investors in Opportunistic Funds V and VI pay a quarterly management fee of 1.5% of committed capital during the commitment period. After that, the fee is 1.5% of unreturned capital contributions. These fees are reduced by acquisition fees and asset management fees paid to Cortland affiliates for certain assets.
Investors in the Income Fund pay a quarterly management fee of up to 1.10% of the net asset value of their investment, depending on the size and timing of their investment. The fee can be reduced for Cortland employees and co-investors.
