Fee Structure
Old Bridge Capital Management charges clients a percentage of the assets they manage and/or a performance-based fee. The asset-based management fee is generally up to 2.25% per year. Some clients may also pay a performance fee of up to 20% of profits every three years over an 8% annual hurdle rate. Non-discretionary clients pay a service fee of 2.25% per year and a research incentive fee of up to 20% of profits every three years over an 8% annual hurdle rate.
